Our customer Service Request Form is one of our primary tools used by AVSC clients to submit work-requests or trouble tickets. Prospective clients are also free to make inquires or ask questions about our services- we're here to help. The form link is available in the upper right corner of every page, or feel free to call.

How it works
The form allows clients and prospective clients to enter their name, email address, describe the problem/question, and attach up to three supporting documents.
Upon submission, the web form will display a confirmation page describing the next steps which include an access key and support ticket link. The form also sends a copy of this information along with tracking number to the email* address provided in the form.
By clicking on the service response link, you can view and update your service request.
*Please check your spam folder if you do not see the ticket response email in your inbox. Add 'www.avsc.com and 'trouble.avsc.com' to your allowed domain list under your spam filtering settings to prevent this from happening in the future.
