Monthly Maintenance Plans

Our full suite of services Platinum Plan provides comprehensive services for desktops, servers, and network equipment. This includes unlimited tech support labor by remote control or on site.

If the Platinum Plan goes beyond your budget requirements you can get started with our Silver Plan which provides Server Monitoring and basic Preventative Maintenance as well as Backup Monitoring.

Cost-effective Pricing

Predictable monthly maintenance plans are priced to meet your budgetary needs:
Our maintenance plans provide incremental service levels, our baseline coverage starting at just $30 per month per workstation.

Outside of a plan, we have hourly rates for project-based repairs and improvements:
Disaster Recovery and Data Protection projects require more specific details, please contact us for a free consultation and we can evaluate your specific system/data recovery requirements.

Other services such as Break-fix and Onsite service calls are also billed hourly, please contact us directly via form, chat or by phone and we can evaluate your needs and next steps to restore your systems and get you back up and running.

Onsite Presence

While in most cases our flexible maintenance plans afford us the ability to attend most problems remotely and resolve issues in a short amount of time, some clients require a regular onsite presence to perform system monitoring and support. In such cases, one of our certified technicians would visit your facility one or more days per week to perform maintenance and address any user issues that arise. Break Fix

Many businesses operate in reactive mode calling IT support only when things are broken. That can work to some degree if you can deal with the downtime however, it is of paramount importance that the server is maintained by a knowledgeable professional.

The company server is the central repository for the life blood of your organization... your data. Failure to properly maintain the server and monitor important processes like backup can be catastrophic if there is a failure.

Example: server data is corrupt and the backup has unknowingly failed for one reason or another.

While not the best approach to managing your vital computer network we do offer a Break Fix service, as well as Data Recovery solutions.
